We may collect your name, telephone, email, reason for contacting and message when you choose to submit them. Please avoid including diagnoses or sensitive clinical information.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to respond to your request and, when requested, arrange an appointment. Processing is based on steps requested by you and the consent given in the form.
Form processing
When the online form is active, data is sent through Web3Forms to the controller’s email address. Retention should be set to the shortest necessary period — recommended: 7 days — and confirmed before launch.
Retention and sharing
Data should be kept only as long as needed to respond and meet applicable legal duties. It is not sold. Technical providers may process data only where needed to support contact services.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or object to processing and, where applicable, withdraw consent. You may also contact the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).

This website currently uses no advertising cookies or non-essential analytics. If these are added later, this policy and consent mechanisms must be reviewed.
